Aditya Institute of Management Science & Research (AIMSR), Puducherry, conducted an Orientation Programme on the HCLTech Career Shaper™ Futurum – Industry Job Ready Program on 25th August 2025. The event was held in the presence of our Principal Dr. L. Aruna, Founder Mr. C. Anandane, Chairman Mr. Ashok Anand, and Trustees Smt. Anudha Poonamalle and Smt. Arthi Anandane. Experts from Career Craft Academy, Puducherry, including Mr. Ashish Yadav and Mrs. S. Saraswathi, introduced students to key concepts such as Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering, and highlighted the structure of the 240-hour certification programme. Third-year students will take up internships, while others will begin their certification modules. Founder  emphasized the need for continuous up skilling and staying current with industry trends to succeed in the evolving tech landscape. The programme was well-received, creating awareness about industry-oriented learning, certifications, and the importance of career readiness.
